Equality & Inclusivity in STEM Interest Meeting

December 5, 2018

Are you a STEM student who is also passionate about Social Justice?

Are you interested in discussing how identity can impact STEM students’ experiences in the classroom and wider world? On December 5, join our discussion about creating impactful programming to address issues related to the STEM climate for people from various backgrounds. Future topics for discussion may include implicit bias, stereotyping, equity issues, and mentorship. We are looking to hear from students who may be interested in attending related sessions or helping to shape what this programming may look like. Please join the Women’s and Gender Resource Center, students, and faculty. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like to express interest or concerns, please contact Sara Nash.
