Trout Ambassador Meeting

November 15, 2018 (Every fortnight)

Find out how it works and meet the staff.

The Trout Gallery Museum Ambassadors provide a conduit between museum exhibitions, programs, and events and the larger Dickinson and Carlisle community. The Ambassador's mission is to get involved and engaged at the Trout Gallery by attending biweekly meetings, Thursday at Common Hour (12-1 p.m.). The Ambassadors take on a responsibility to be a representative of the Trout, by learning about the exhibitions on view, the events being offered, and sharing this information with the greater Dickinson Community. Ambassadors get to see behind the scenes of the Trout, how it works, meet the staff, and the paid student assistants, as well as be part of promoting and organizing the Trout's Gala in the spring. Experience as a Museum Ambassador provides excellent background experience for paid and internship positions at the Trout Gallery.
