Join Dr. Nikki Dragone to learn about the food of several nations represented at the Carlisle Indian School, specifically those of the Northeastern Woodlands. We will learn about the significance of corn in Nations from Susquehannock to Mohawk and sample some Haudenosaunee white corn soup!

This cooking class is inspired by the Centennial Celebration of the closing of the Carlisle Indian School, taking place this October in Carlisle.
