You’ll learn: • What empathy burnout is and why it happens. • Which careers and contexts are most at risk—and how to prepare. • Practical tools for resilience, including boundary-setting and self-care techniques. • How to sustain compassion without sacrificing your well-being. Whether you’re currently in or preparing for a career in healthcare, education, social impact—or simply want to protect your emotional energy—this workshop will give you the skills to care without burning out.
