Join an event featuring a panel of community leaders, authors, and members of the Carlisle community who are committed to raising awareness about homelessness on a national and local scale. This panel will feature Pat LaMarche, a journalist and author whose career has been focused on homelessness; Diane Nilan, a national advocate and one of the women responsible for getting federal legislation passed guaranteeing kids experiencing homelessness a right to attend school in 2005; and local community members navigating homelessness and its challenges for their families and children.
