Conversations will be respectful, productive, and cathartic.
Underrepresented students (BIPOC, international, LGBTQ+, persons of various levels of ability, diverse religious/non-religious traditions)will share their experiences at Dickinson and in their world in a brave space with other students for mutual support, empowerment, and co-creating practices that build resilience. Discussion topics are chosen by students. Conversations are moderated by students with support from a faculty or staff member from an underrepresented demographic. Conversations will be respectful, productive, and cathartic. And of course, there will be refreshments!
