This production brings to life the works and experiences of one of the 20th century's most distinctive and well-loved literary figures.
2022 marks the hundredth anniversary of Kurt Vonnegut’s birth. To celebrate the occasion, Dickinson theatricals and fringe veteran actor Todd Wronski brings this theatrical portrait of the writer to Edinburgh, Indianapolis and Carlisle. Using Vonnegut’s legendary tounge-in-cheek analysis of how stories are constructed, Vonnegut’s many lives are surveyed, ranging from his Midwestern upbringing in Indiana to his survival of the World War II fire-bombing of Dresden to his long career as a novelist, humorist and social commentator. This production brings to life the works and experiences of one of the 20th century's most distinctive and well-loved literary figures.
