A Marathon and a Sprint: Chasing COVID-19 Variants with Vaccines in Multiple Clinical Trials
A timeline of several Phase 1/2 trials sponsored by the Division of Mi crobiology and Infectious Diseases at National Institute of Health (NIH) that have occurred during the course of the pandemic and how they adapted to changing variants and recommendations. Current immunogenicity and safety results from the trials will be shown and discussed. The presentation will also include discussions of the assays used to research vaccine responses, along with different mathematical and statistical methodology used to analyze the results.
