This program is for international students studying at Dickinson on an F-1 visa.
If an international student on an F-1 visa wants to pursue a US-based internship off-campus (paid or unpaid) OR an internship with an off-campus organization (even if it takes place remotely/from campus), they must have written authorization on their I-20 in the form of Curricular Practical Training (CPT). Through this information session, participants will learn about the requirements of CPT and the connection between CPT and Dickinson’s internship program. Participants will be able to state the timeline and steps necessary to obtain appropriate work authorization for internships. Session will be offered in-person. Please sign-up in Handshake.
