A conversation about how all college staff can help move departmental inclusivity efforts forward.
The Library Inclusivity Team (LIT) collaborates with all library staff to implement inclusive practices across Waidner-Spahr Library services. LIT members will provide examples of how we’ve gathered feedback from students, developed educational programming for library staff, and taken action toward fostering a supportive and safe environment for people of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Following our brief presentation, we will invite participants to join in a conversation about how all college staff can help move departmental inclusivity efforts forward.
