Mind-body techniques for calming anxiety and cultivating present-moment awareness and focus, led by Dr. Megan Nesbitt of the Wellness Center
Feeling anxious in these stressful times and struggling to practice focus and calm? In the workshop, we will engage together in mind-body techniques for calming anxiety. Each meeting will begin with deep breathing and then focus on a relaxation exercise, a mindfulness technique, or a guided visualization. The group will meet weekly through May 21 on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m.
