Mind-body techniques for calming anxiety and cultivating present-moment awareness and focus.

Feeling anxious in these stressful times and struggling to practice focus and calm? This group will meet weekly to engage in mind-body techniques for calming anxiety. Each meeting will begin with deep breathing and then focus on a relaxation exercise, a mindfulness technique, or a guided visualization. The group will meet weekly through Zoom on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. Beginners welcome.
