Tomorrow night (9/21), at 7:30 p.m. at the Feminist Collective house, the FC will be holding a discussion entitled Fucking While Feminist, inspired by this really awesome interview: http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs/sexist/2010/03/26/fucking-while-feminist-with-jaclyn-friedman/ 

While the above article is a tad heteronormative, our discussion will be much more inclusive, so please come and bring your friends--queer, straight, trans, female, male, intersex--we'd love to have a pluralistic, honest conversation. We'd like to talk about how a feminist identity affects the way you date and have sex. How has your dating/sex life changed since you started identifying as a feminist? What things are you more open to because of feminism? What things are red flags to you because of feminism? Have your primping/grooming/beauty habits changed? Do you ever find yourself making compromises? How do potential partners/hook-ups respond to your feminism? Etc, etc.
