Discovering Sexual Identity Group
This is a support group for students questioning their sexual orientation. We will explore topics such as loss of traditional heterosexual life, self-acceptance, and levels of self-disclosure in different communities. Led by Dr. Maryam Ilahi, Psychology Resident, this group will provide a venue for students to speak about sexuality with other students who are also questioning their sexuality to promote self-acceptance, support, and validation in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space. This group will be held on Tuesdays at the Counseling Center (located on the 2nd floor of the Kline Annex) from 1- 2:30pm.
