Free flu shots will be provided to students during two flu clinics this semester. Please schedule your appointment through Cliq on the Gateway. Students may also receive flu shots outside of these two clinics; however, there will be a fee.

Every Tuesday from noon - 1pm, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) testing is available at Health Services. Testing is free and confidential.

Thursday, October 3, 6:30pm - the Wellness Center will co-sponsor a special showing of Silver Linings Playbook
Cumberland/Perry Community Support Program. Doors will open at 6pm and a panel discussion will follow the film at 8:30pm Intro to Intuitive Eating Workshop
Come and learn how to reject the diet mentality forever, with no guilt, and discover satisfaction with eating again. Intuitive eating encourages reconnection with the body's hunger and fullness cues, identifying food preferences and finding how a healthy body weight will follow. Sessions will be held Wednesdays from 5-6pm, September 25-October 16 in the Kline conference room on the 2nd floor of the Wellness Center.

QPR is a nationally recognized program to help everyone recognize the signs of suicide and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to get help.
