Flu Information - Fall 2010

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), has declared the H1N1 epidemic is over. This simply means that while people will still get the H1N1 flu during the 2010-11 flu season,  there will  be far fewer than last year.   The seasonal flu and the H1N1 flu symptoms look idential for the most part, and students with flu-like-illness are starting to be seen already on campus.  It is now the perfect time to call for a Health Center appointment to get your flu vaccination.    This year one shot contains vaccine for both seasonal and H1N1 viruses.
