Roommate Relationships
The foundation of any great residential community is the relationship created and maintained between roommates. Roommates do not have to be best friends; sometimes it is better if they are not. Roommates must, however, have a relationship built on mutual respect. To aid in the development and maintenance of this connection, one can obtain a roommate agreement from the Resident Adviser. This document serves to open the lines of communication between roommates about living styles. If necessary, Community Advisers and other trained staff members are available to mediate conflicts between roommates.
