Cherry Street Apartments

Cherry Street apartments are upper class year residences, housing two or four upper-class students depending upon occupancy per location. Apartments include:  single or double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and living room/lounge space. Cherry Street apartments are located across the street from Kaufman Hall.

Interiors/Furnishings

Walls: wall finishes vary from apartment to apartment, but will be plaster/drywall, painted cinderblock, or wood paneling

Floors: floor finishes vary from apartment to apartment, but will be either wall-to-wall carpet or hardwood floors; sheet vinyl/vinyl tile in Kitchen & Bathrooms

Furniture: Bunk-able beds; standard College desks, etc. Some soft seating in common areas

A/C: Window Units
