Organic Farming Alternative Spring Break: March 9th - March 18th

The Asbell Center for Jewish Life is now accepting applications for the Spring Break Trip to Morning Song Farm, Southern California!! (Note:  Location has changed from Pie Ranch) Among the activities will be planting, harvesting, seeding and more.  Students will cook and eat together, study Jewish text about sustainability, and celebrate a pluralistic Shabbat.   The cost of the trip is $500 per student.  This amount includes your flight, overnight accommodations and all meals.  If this amount is a hardship for anyone interested in applying, please email loudonl@dickinson.edu and provide further information.

Morning Song Farm  http://www.morningsongfarm.com.  It is about 1hr north of San Diego.  Students will be staying at a very comfortable lodging about 15-20 mins away from the farm.  The lodging is at Bailey's Escape in the local wine country  http://www.baileysescape.com.
