Sister Helen Prejean

On Thursday, Oct. 4, Sister Helen Prejean shared her experiences with death penalty ministry and working with the poor. She is the author of Dead Man Walking and Death of Innocents: Wrongful Executions. Sister Prejean signed her books after the event. Sponsored by The Clarke Forum for Contemporary Issues, the Legislative Initiative Against the Death Penalty, Unitarian Universalists of the Cumberland Valley, The Office of Religious Life and Community Service and the religion, philosophy and English departments.
