ROTC Trick or Training

Dickinson ROTC students got into the holiday spirit by donning Halloween costumes on Thursday for their daily exercises. Dickinson's program was recenty ranked 8th in the nation out of 271 ROTC programs by the U.S. Army Cadet Command.
