Dickinson Fulbright Winners
Saturday, September 13, 2003

The speaker at this year's John Dickinson Society Dinner was Patti McGill Peterson, executive director of the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) which administers the Fulbright program. In keeping with the Fulbright theme, a panel discussion was held in Denny Hall on Saturday afternoon. "Fulbright Stories" featured Dickinson faculty and alumni who spoke about their Fulbright experiences.

Following the discussion, a list of Dickinson Fulbright recipients was unveiled in the Stern Center. To date, 59 alumni and 42 faculty and staff members have received Fulbright awards. Over the past three years alone, a total of 13 Fulbrights have been awarded to Dickinsonians.
