The International Fellows program is made up of senior military officers from various countries around the world who are invited to study at the USAWC. During the reception in the Rector Science Complex, the fellows and their families mingled with Dickinson faculty, Norman M. Eberly Multilingual Writing Center tutors, Dickinson ROTC cadets in the Blue Mountain Battalion and other students.

Dickinson's longtime partnership with the USAWC affords students internships within the USAWC's various organizations and allows International Fellows and their families to attend classes at Dickinson. Dickinson faculty also teach courses at the USAWC and vice versa, and Dickinson's multilingual writing center provides writing instruction and support to the International Fellows.
