Each year, Dickinsonians welcome the newest class of incoming scholars in a variety of ways, from faculty members sending emails to alumni hosting receptions and students making phone calls. One way the entire community comes together is the annual Celebrate & Congratulate postcard-signing initiative.

This week, tables were set up in the Holland Union Building (HUB), Dining Hall, Kline Center Atrium and Waidner-Spahr Library, and students, faculty, staff and administrators came in droves to write personal notes of welcome and congratulations to the class of 2022 and to share what makes Dickinson distinctive.

"I want the students to know that I am an entirely new person and I have a new outlook on life and learning after spending my four years here," says Morgan Bates '18

Admitted and enrolled students have several opportunities to connect with the Dickinson community in person throughout the month of April as they make their final college choice by the May 1 National Candidates Reply Date.
