Faculty Wind Quintet Takes the Stage

Music for winds and piano

The Dickinson College Faculty Wind Quintet will perform a program of music by French composers on Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 7 p.m. in the Rubendall Recital Hall, Weiss Center for the Arts. The performance will include Charles Lefebvre’s Suite for Winds No. 1 and Darius Milhaud’s La cheminée du roi René and Francis Poulenc's Sextet for Piano and Wind Quintet.

The quintet consists of Jocelyn Goranson, flute; Jihoon Chang, clarinet; Jill Hoffman, oboe; Kimberly Buchar Nolet, bassoon; and Tyler Ogilvie, horn, with accompaniment by faculty pianist Jennifer Blyth.
