Men’s basketball heads to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 for the second straight year
Dickinson's men's basketball team makes its second consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division III round of 16 Friday at 5 p.m. when they take on Virginia Wesleyan at Randolph-Macon College (R-MC) in Ashland, Va. If the Devils prevail against the Marlins in this Sweet 16 matchup, they’ll play Saturday at 7 p.m. against either Randolph-Macon or St. John Fisher, who face off Friday at 8 p.m.
The winner of Saturday’s game advances to the Final Four in Salem, Va., the weekend of March 21.
Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students and can be bought at the door. Following a Dickinson win on Friday night, all those in attendance will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets immediately following the game for the next day. Those not in attendance who would like to attend should e-mail Liz Toth, director of alumni relations, at tothe@dickinson.edu by 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 14. A limited number of tickets will be available at will-call for those who reserve them in advance.
