The Global Experience: Bologna, Italy

Not knowing Italian, not having lived in a city before and
never having traveled outside the country by myself, I had no idea
what to expect from Bologna. My world was flipped upside down as I
gained a new appreciation for culture through meeting so many
international and Italian students in the medieval streets of
Bologna. Whether it was learning the language, meeting new people,
traveling or just absorbing everything around me, Bologna created
a new normal for me on Via Marsala, made me question my own
lifestyle and gave me a new perspective on culture and the world.
