Every Choice

We hope you are excited about joining the Dickinson family and are looking forward to what we believe will be an outstanding experience. Before you arrive on campus, we are asking you to complete a new online program that will help you understand your vital role in making our campus safer from interpersonal violence for you and your peers. We think you will find the program engaging and informative. The vast majority of students that have taken this program have said it is both important and worthwhile.

Program Instructions

You may begin taking the program starting on July 15, 2017, and please plan to complete the program by August 21, 2017.

  • Step 1: Log on to the Student Success™ Every Choice program at https://www.studentsuccess.org/SSO/dickinson
  • Step 2: Enter your Dickinson Gateway username and password.
  • Step 3: Follow the instructions provided to take the program. If you need to exit the program and finish it later, simply logout and reenter later using the same instructions as above. You will not have to start over. If you run into problems taking or reentering the program, do not start over. Contact Student Success through the HELP button and they will assist you.

You will retain access to the program until May 31, 2017 for reference purposes. You also will receive follow-up contacts highlighting key program information.

If at any time you have general questions or concerns regarding this program, please contact Dee Danser, assistant V.P. of compliance and campus safety, at danserd@dickinson.edu. If you have any technical difficulties with the program, please contact Student Success through the program HELP button or at terrylynn.pearlman@studentsuccess.org.

We thank you in advance for your participation in this critical program. Through the Every Choice Program and our other campus efforts and resources, we are hoping you will work alongside us to reduce interpersonal violence as we strive to become the safest possible campus.
