Montgomery Service Leaders invest many hours making connections between campus and community partners. In Level 1, students work as dedicated volunteers learning the ins and outs of their community partner. Level 2 students integrate their academics and community placement, writing a brief paper and sharing in a public presentation. Level 3 students create a project to advance the mission of their organization and apply for a grant to complete this project. Montgomery Students are highly motivated leaders amongst their peers, committed to community service and dedicated to personal growth. Meet the current Montgomery Service Leaders below!

Favorite part of working with my placement: There are so many things I love about working at my placement, first off it is so much fun that most of the time it doesn't feel like work. But also, I love the fact that I can be connected to the greater community around Carlisle. It is great to know that I can make a difference not only at Dickinson but also in the surrounding elementary schools. Through this community connection one can learn so much about the area in which they go to school in.
