Meal Exchange Options

Catering Meal Exchanges (for pick up only) (Minimum of 20 people)

Catering meal exchanges may be used for any lunch or dinner where student meal plans will be used to order food. Examples include team dinners, student club dinners, etc. Ten business days prior notice is necessary for meal exchanges. All final counts for your event and student meal plan information needs to be submitted a minimum of three business days (Monday‐Friday) prior to the event. One swipe will be used for Any 20 plan holders and five points will be used for all flex plans. Non‐meal plan participants will be charged $5.00. Meal plan numbers entered into the system cannot be removed.

Option 1:
Hamburger, Hot Dog, Veggie Burger or Boneless Chicken Breast

Option 2:
Spaghetti with meat or meatless marinara sauce (choose one sauce)

Option 3:
Croissant Sandwich
Choice of 1: Smoked ham, turkey, roast beef, hummus (vegan), chicken salad and tuna salad
Choice of 1: American, swiss or provolone

All options include the following:
Choice of 1: Cole Slaw, Tossed Salad, Potato salad, Pasta salad, or Fruit Salad
Choice of 1: Assorted Regular Size Cookies (2 ea.) or Brownie (1 ea.)
Choice of 1: Potato Chips or Pretzels
Choice of 1: Ice Water, Lemonade or Tea Cooler
*Guest counts of 50 or more may choose two options from each category.

All meal exchanges are served in disposable containers and include condiments in packets, cups,
utensil and napkin packet, plates and plastic disposable serving utensils.

Catering Event Exchanges
Catering event exchanges may be used for any event where student meal plans will be used to
contribute to the cost of the event. Examples include department student dinners, team dinners,
student club dinners, etc. Ten business days prior notice is necessary for meal exchanges. All
final counts for your event and student meal plan information needs to be submitted a minimum of
three business days (Monday‐Friday) prior to the event. Meal plan numbers entered into the system
cannot be removed. Updated event cost will be available once meal plan numbers are received and
entered.

Bag Breakfast: One swipe will be used for Any 20 plan holders, two points will be used for all flex
plans and non‐meal plan participants will be charged $3.00
Bag Lunch: One swipe will be used for Any 20 plan holders, three points will be used for all flex
plans and non‐meal plan participants will be charged $4.00
Bag Dinner: One swipe will be used for Any 20 plan holders, five points will be used for all flex
plans and non‐meal plan participants will be charged $5.00
Meal plan numbers entered into the system cannot be removed.

Breakfast meals to go
All breakfast bagged meals include a bottle of orange juice

Traditional
Assorted bagels with cream cheese, seasonal whole fruit and yogurt cup

Healthy Vegan
Kashi cereal, soy milk and seasonal whole fruit

Healthy Gluten Free
Yogurt with fruit and seasonal whole fruit

Lunch meals to go
All lunch bagged meals include a bottle of water

Traditional 
Smoked ham and provolone on a large Kaiser roll, fresh whole seasonal fruit and snack cake

Healthy
Turkey, lettuce and tomato on a whole grain roll with celery and carrot sticks, piece of fruit and
a fruit bar

Vegan
Roasted red pepper and black beans on a Kaiser roll with italian dressing (on the side), piece of
fruit and a vegan brownie

Gluten Free
Turkey and provolone on a gluten free roll with celery and carrot sticks, piece of fruit and Greek
yogurt with blueberries

Dinner meals to go
All dinner bagged meals include a bottle of water

Traditional
Fried chicken, piece of fruit, snack cake and chips

Healthy
Grilled italian chicken breast on a roll with broccoli or cauliflower, piece of fruit and yogurt

Vegan
Hummus on Whole Wheat Pita with leaf lettuce served with celery sticks, carrot sticks, broccoli
buds, cauliflower buds and ranch dip, a piece of fruit and a snack cake

Gluten Free
Grilled Italian Chicken Breast on a Gluten Free Roll, Broccoli/Cauliflower Piece of Fruit, Greek
Yogurt w/ Fresh Fruit and a Bottle of Water
