The Dickinson College Institutional Review Board (IRB) uses an electronic protocol submission system called IRB Mentor.  New users will have new processes to learn. All the instructions for submitting your protocol are available in Mentor, so all you have to do to start is log in to the system. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact either one of us for assistance.

Make SURE you watch the one-minute video demo "How to Login to Mentor" below - you'll only have to view this once, but its critical info for first time users! Give the video a few seconds to appear. {[If you are having trouble viewing the login video, try viewing it in either a Chrome or Firefox web browser.]]

Go directly to IRB Mentor to submit a protocol for IRB review. To log in to IRB Mentor, first click on "Single Sign-on" and then use your Dickinson email login and password.
