Internships, Careers, and Alumni

Four years in East College are just the beginning. Dickinson English majors enjoy a lifelong connection with our department and the college. And the Dickinson English major prepares students for a lifetime of career and personal success.

Dickinson English students can begin that preparation by completing an internship before graduating. Internships are a great way to learn about a field, develop skills, and nurture connections. Click here to read about recent internships by some Dickinson English students.

Dickinson English students work in business, publishing, education, law, design--and many other fields. Our alumni network offers a large and growing pool of experience and connections.

Our alumni, whether networking with fellow alumni or current students, visiting campus for special events, participating in regional clubs or just living the Dickinson dimensions in their careers and daily lives, are truly Dickinsonians for life. Please feel free to contact any of our faculty members with updates about your life or career experiences.
