Course Request - Major Declaration
If you want priority as a Declared Major during Course Reuqest Processing, Major Declaration Forms are due in CLIQ by 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2024.
Please go to your CLIQ, select the Registrar tab in the left menu, then select Registrar Office Forms in the drop down, select Major Declaration Form.
