What We Do
Online-marketing staff maintain key sections of the Web site, such as the homepage, and provide technical and creative assistance to departments that maintain their own sites and pages.
Sites are built and maintained in the Jadu content-management system, ensuring a uniform look and a user-friendly interface. Departments interested in a site refresh should fill out the Web-services request form and refer to this step-by-step guide for more information on the process. Online-marketing staff members also are happy to consult departments on smaller-scale Web projects. Please complete the same Web-services form for these requests.
CMS users requiring technical help can request assistance through the Library & Information Services' Help Desk. A member of the online-marketing team will then follow up on your CMS-related issue.
Online-marketing staff also maintain the college's official social-media channels and consult departmental and club editors on how to effectively engage audiences across a variety of platforms.
