Human Resource Services has partnered with HealthSmart Benefit Solutions to enhance Dickinson’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program. HealthSmart ensures that you and Dickinson remain current with changing federal legislation and compliance issues regarding health care. Utilizing HealthSmart also supports the college’s sustainability initiatives, improves efficiencies, and gives you easier access to your funds.
Through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you are able to set aside money, before it is taxed, in order to pay for eligible out-of-pocket costs for dependent and health care expenses.

- Participant Self-Service Portal - Access to on-line tracking of expenses, claims and transactions, account balance information, and numerous resources like forms, list of eligible items and services, FAQs, and link to the FSA Store.
