Who am I?
I was actually born and raised here in Carlisle (I literally grew up right down the street from Dickinson). I have a BA in communications, and I will be finishing my master’s degree in September. I’m a big sports fan—football and basketball are my two favorites—and my two favorite teams are the Miami Heat and the Indianapolis Colts.
Three fun facts about me:
- I’m a huge sneaker head. I easily have over 40 pair of sneakers within my collection and am constantly adding to it.
- My first job ever was in the dining hall here at Dickinson.
- I recently picked up photography as a new hobby.
Favorite thing to do in Carlisle
EAT! I love food, and there are so many amazing restaurants in town, and a lot of them are within walking distance from campus! When you come to visit campus and need somewhere to eat, come find me and I’ll point you in the right direction!
Advice for prospective students: Come and visit campus! The best way to know if Dickinson is the place for you is to see what a day on campus is like. You can sit in on a class, meet with professors or talk with current students. Any one of these items will help give you a sense of what being a Dickinsonian is all about!
