Employee Photo Identification cards can be obtained from ID office in Dining Services in the HUB.
Employees can establish a declining balance account by adding money to the card in the Dining Services office in order to receive a ten percent discount on purchases in any dining facility on campus. The monies on the card can also be used for purchases in the College Bookstore, Devil's Den, the FAS mailroom, and the Print Center - be sure to use as "declining balance".
The card can also be used to charge purchases in the Bookstore and Devil's Den. Employees will be billed for these purchases.
These cards also allow library access/borrowing, access to the Kline Center and entry into buildings with card access after regular hours.
