Please be advised, Dickinson College is required by Federal law to maintain the privacy of Protected Health Information (PHI). Therefore, in accordance with Federal Regulations, we are providing you with the attached notice of our legal duties and privacy practices. This notice basically explains how PHI information about you may be used and disclosed. It also describes how you can get access to this information.
