July 1, 2005 Benefit Changes

Important Notice for all Full-Time Employees

On July 1, 2005, three changes will occur with Dickinson's benefits. 


1. Retirement - The College will add a new benefit to help employees save for health care costs in retirement.

2. Flexcomp - An annual grace period extending from July 1 through September 15 will be added for reimbursement of flexcomp dependent care and medical expenses.

3. Sick leave - The annual renewal date for sick leave will become July 1 for all administrative and support staff employees.
