Do you believe in mermaids?
On Tuesday, April 24, Dickinsonians around the world are joining together for the college’s fourth-annual Day of Giving by making a gift to help Dickinson reach the goal of 3,500 gifts in 24 hours. We're also asking everyone to answer the call to "believe in mermaids" by making a recurring gift and becoming instant members of the Mermaid Society. But you can do even more by spreading the word on social media to help inspire other Dickinsonians to make a gift as well.
Top 3 ways to rise to the challenge
1. Show your support by making a gift on April 24. Even better, make a recurring gift this year and instantly become a member of the Mermaid Society. Already gave this fiscal year? Consider a participatory gift at any level to help us reach 3,500 gifts.
2. Make some noise, Dickinson! Why do you give back? How have donors helped you? Post a message to your social media accounts with #dsongives. Consider including one of the social media graphics below or posting a selfie with an "I Give Because ..." sign. And remember to make your #dsongives posts visible to the public so we can share them with others.
