Ask a simple question to a student like "What are you studying," and you're likely to start an animated discussion on terrorism and the law, energy, economics, or biodiversity. Ask a few more questions, and you're likely to hear this:
I wouldn't be here without my scholarship.
That's the thing: every scholarship has a story, probably more than one.
Every Dickinsonian has a story, and these days, most of them highlight the critical relevance of financial aid and the growing importance of increasing the availability of scholarships at Dickinson for students in need.
We seek to address this need and to deepen our already profound commitment to diversity—both domestic and international—by securing $30 million in endowed scholarship aid for our students.
