Co-Chairs:
Meghan Erdman: Meghan is a double major in International Studies and Political Science. She has taken hold of numerous opportunities Dickinson has to offer such as studying abroad in Venezuela and Brazil, volunteering at the American Red Cross through the Dickinson College Bonner Program and has been apart of Campus Life since her sophomore year.  After school she plans to attend Law or Graduate School, while continuing to give back to the Dickinson Community.

Anna Marks: Anna is an American Studies major and Sociology minor from Kensington, MD. Anna has loved her time at Dickinson thus far and enjoys being the Community Adviser of Adams Hall, a tour guide, an employee of the Dickinson College Children’s Center, a member of Alpha Phi Omega, and editor-in-chief of Microcosm, the school’s yearbook. She studied abroad in Sydney, Australia during the fall of her junior year. Anna wants to see future Dickinsonians have the same opportunities and experiences she was privileged to have, which is one of the reasons why she is a part of the Senior Class Gift Drive Committee.

Committee Members:
Halima Barnett: Halima is a Political Science and English double major from Wynnewood, PA. "I have always believed in the importance of giving back to the institution that helps you to grow intellectually and stimulate you academically. One's alma mater profoundly affects you no matter what your experience may be so it is important to support it financially to make sure others have the same positive opportunities you have had."

Shumei Chen: Shumei is a Chinese native that double major in International Business & Management and East Asian Studies. She would like to work for an international organization such as World Bank, IMF or UN or a global-focused NGO in the future. Due to the past working experience with Investure, an asset management company that helps Dickinson and other not-for-profit organizations to manage their endowments, Shumei knows how important finance is to a school. She would like to use her professional experience to help the gift drive committee to promote a culture of giving among seniors.

Kate Consroe: Kate is an environmental science major and a math minor from Potomac, MD. She is involved with Alpha Phi Omega, the co-ed community service fraternity, gives tours of campus as a member of the Liberty Cap Society, and recently returned from studying sustainable architecture for a semester in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Amanda Dodson: Amanda is an American Studies major from Raymond, Maine.  Amanda is an employee at the Dickinson College Children’s Center and a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed service fraternity on campus.  She has taken advantage of all that Dickinson has to offer, including studying abroad in Sydney, Australia during the fall of her junior year.  After graduation Amanda plans to attend graduate school and get her masters and certification in elementary education.  She has joined the Senior Class Gift Drive as a way to ensure that future classes at Dickinson will be able to have incredible opportunities equal to her own.

Nell Etheredge: Nell is a Law and Policy major from Northampton, MA. She was in Washington DC in the Spring and is extremely grateful to be back at Dickinson for one more year before the "real world".  At Dickinson, Nell is on the Women's Golf Team, works at the Career Center, is a Liberty Cap, and a member of Pi Beta Phi. Nell believes that each student has been impacted by Dickinson in more ways then she or he may realize now, but that is why it is so important to begin a habit of giving back.  She is looking forward to a fun and fulfilling Senior year.

Becky Fassio: Becky is an International Business and Management major from Pittsburgh, PA. Her language concentration is Spanish, and she studied abroad during the summer of 2008 in San Sebastian, Spain. On campus, she is President of her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. She is also involved in Rho Lambda and Order of Omega. During her time at Dickinson, Becky has also dedicated her time to serving as a Student Senator, mentor through the Dickinson Foundations Program, selected participant in the Community Leadership Symposium, and deejay for the Dickinson College Radio Station. Her work in the Office of Annual Giving and with Phonathon makes her no stranger to fundraising for Dickinson. She is excited to be a part of the Senior Class Gift Drive and encourage her peers to give back to the school which has given so much to them.

Lydia Gray: Lydia is an economics major and anthropology minor from Baltimore, Maryland. She is a member and Marshal of the Kappa Kappa Gamma. She also is a member of the Run for Steph committee and is a member of the design committee for the new Althouse building for the economics department. She joined the Senior Class Gift and Drive because, at Dickinson College, she has grown academically and personally and would like future students to have the same opportunity. She hopes to help her fellow classmates to give back to the school

Elizabeth Grazioli: Elizabeth is an Art History major from Herndon, VA. She is the Vice President for Council Management of the Panhellenic Association, a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority, the Secretary and Alumni Council Representative for the senior class and has been an Orientation Assistant. She hopes to continue her work in the art world after graduation in DC or New York. Elizabeth wants to encourage and motivate her peers to give back to the institute that has given them so much and that has changed their lives. She believes that this years senior class can be more successful than the years past!

Elizabeth Jeffress: Elizabeth is a neuroscience major from Manakin-Sabot, VA. On campus she works two jobs as a TA and an athletic trainner. She is president of the Neuroscience club and rides on an ambulance in town as an EMT.She currently conducts research with Professor Niblock in the Biology Department. Elizabeth studied abroad last fall in Norwich, England, during which time she had the oppurtunity to snowmobile on a glacier in Iceland. "I decided to join the Senior Gift Drive committee as a way to thank Dickinson for all it has given to me in the past three years and what it will continue to offer me in the future."

Alec Johnson: Alec is a  political science major from Watertown New York. He is the senior class president as well as the editor-in-chief of the Dickinsonian. "The senior class gift drive is an integral part of our Dickinson experience because if is our first opportunity to give back to this great institution which has helped us transform from students into responsible citizens of the world. As senior class president and a member of the gift drive committee I will strive to exceed our
participation goal and show Dickinson what the class of 2009 can and will leave behind for future generations."

Ian Liskay: Ian is an Economics major from Pittsburgh, PA. Around campus he can be found working in the Writing Center as a tutor and giving tours as a Liberty Cap. In addition he has served as the senate representative to the All-College Planning & Budget Committee, which sets the budget for the school each year. From this experience, he saw how instrumental the Annual Fund was to the workings of the college. Since the Annual Fund is fueled by donations to the college, Ian joined the Senior Class Gift Drive Committee in the hope of persuading others to begin their supporting the college sooner rather than later.

Joanna Parker: Joanna is an International Studies major with a minor in Chinese. She spent her junior year abroad in Beijing, China, of which she says "It was a fantastic experience, but I am happy and excited to be back at Dickinson for my senior year." Joanna has also been involved in the Liberty Cap Society, Alpha Phi Omega, Orientation Committee, and The Dickinsonian since her sophomore year. "I have enjoyed my time at Dickinson and want to help give back to the school so that future Dickinsonians can have as successful a college career as I have," she says.

Adam Quatrini: Adam is a senior at Dickinson, majoring in Political Science. His other activities include being president of the Active Minds club, Class of 2009 Treasurer and Volunteer Coordinator for Barack Obama, Dickinson Chapter. "I feel privliged to be a member of the Senior Class Giving Drive. I believe our mission and various class gatherings foster unity among the class of 2009. Futhermore, the SCGD allows alumni to own a piece of their legacy while supporting the institution they have come to love."

Dan Stanford: Dan is completing an English major this year with a minor in Political Science. He also works in the Writing Center assisting students with assignments. Outside of academics, Dan is involved in club lacrosse, Student Senate, Kappa Sigma, and the College Republicans.
