Learn about inclusivity and how to incorporate it into their organizations.
ILST aspires to helps student employees, leaders and volunteers develop greater cultural understandings of themselves, the Dickinson community, and national social patterns impacting life at Dickinson. The training is a Saturday workshop (Saturday, February 16, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Comfort Suites Carlisle).
Each year we host a fall and spring retreat. Since Fall 2016, 108 members representing 30 clubs, departments, offices and teams, have come together to learn about inclusivity and how to incorporate it into their organizations.
ILST is a voluntary learning opportunity. Here’s how it works: 2-5 students from a specific club and/or office complete a single application as a collective.
