Forging a Career Path - Google, Environmentalism and Book Authorship

October 9, 2018

Career talk by Trevor Cohen '12

Interested in working for Google? Do you care about the environment? Or perhaps you’re hoping to be a book author or editor! If any of these appeal to you, come hear Trevor Cohen ’12 talk about his career path in which he’s encompassed all three. Trevor currently works at Google where he manages a team of writers to overhaul their internal knowledge base. He’s edited two non-fiction books – one on evolutionary theory and another on the US healthcare system. Trevor is also in the midst of co-authoring a book that focuses on the stories of people working to build a more sustainable world. Trevor will talk about his career path from Dickinson, how he’s navigated the job search, and how he’s gained the opportunity to edit and author books. Registration required in Handshake by October 7.
