A voluntary learning opportunity
ILST aspires to helps student employees, leaders and volunteers develop greater cultural understandings of themselves, the Dickinson community and national social patterns impacting life at Dickinson. The training is a Saturday workshop (Saturday, September 29, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Comfort Suites Carlisle). Last year, we hosted a fall and spring retreat. 45 community members from 19 organizations and departments participated, and many transformed their organizations! ILST is a voluntary learning opportunity. Here’s how it works: 2-5 students from a specific club and/or office complete a single application as a collective.
