Inve$t in Her Future: An initiative of the CFA Society inspiring young women to pursue a career in the investment management industry.
Misperceptions of the investment management industry and other obstacles may be preventing women from seeking investment management employment. The Taskforce has created the Inve$t in Her Future program to address these issues directly with current university students. By sharing the breadth of career opportunities available along with the wide ranging skill sets that make individuals successful, we endeavor to create momentum for change.
