Contributing to Our Communal Memory: Alumni Session on Documenting LGBT History at Dickinson

March 2, 2021

Explore the history of LGBTQ+ experiences and activism at Dickinson through items in the college’s archives and learn how you can contribute to our communal memory.

Malinda Triller-Doran, special-collections librarian, will kick off this event with a look at a selection of materials from campus organizations such as GLAD, Pandora, ALLIES and Spectrum. You’ll learn what types of documents, photographs and artifacts the archives already has, and we will explore the ways in which you can help to build this important collection. The session will conclude with an open discussion during which you can pose questions and share your ideas and interests. This event will be held virtually via Zoom. The access link will be sent to registrants the morning of the event. Please register by Friday, Feb. 26.
