Dickinson on the Move - Highlights of the Month
With more than 40 programs in 24 countries, a global experience clearly is a key part of a Dickinson education.

The latest issue of Dickinson Magazine takes a look at the college's connections to China. In addition to the present, with enrollment doubling in the Dickinson in China program and an increase in graduates living and working in China, the issue looks at the past. Dickinson alumni have been traveling to China since 1847.
The print edition, with beautiful color photographs, should be arriving soon in the mail. Check out the magazine Web site as well for some special features.
Dickinsonians don't need to go abroad to engage the world; the Carlisle campus is a global community. The Clarke Forum hosted a day-long symposium on the displacement of culture and identity across the geopolitical boundaries between Europe and North Africa. The latest issue of Sirena, Dickinson’s international journal of poetry, art and criticism, features Haitian artwork by Frankétienne and original poetry and essays in a wide variety of languages.

The Sphinx Winx in New York
In May 1952, five Dickinson students produced their musical, The Sphinx Winx. Now Bob Keuch '53, Phil Capice '52 and Ken Hitchner '54 have adapted the show for the modern stage. You can see it in New York City on April 25 at 7:30 p.m. |
