There are 2 competitions; Individual and Group – both are points based
Persons competing in the Group competition are not eligible to compete in the Individual competition

Prizes:
•  Random weekly drawing – someone who attended the week's events will be drawn randomly to receive a prize – all prizes are donated from local businesses
•  We currently have prizes from Georges, The Hamilton, Appalachian Whole Foods, Back Door Café, California Café, and the Y-Knot gift shop and the other Pomfret Street gift shops

Individual Competition – the individual who earns the most points will win the individual competition
•  Prizes will be given to the top 5 people in the competition – collectively, a tree will be planted in their name. In addition, there are monetary prizes
1st Prize - $300
2nd Prize - $200
3rd Prize - $100
4th Prize - $75
5th Prize - $50

Group Competition (group sign-ups will be in the Caf during the first week of the competition during lunch – people can also register groups by emailing all group members with a group name to hairs@dickinson.edu )
•  Prizes will be given to the top 3 groups – this will also be determined by points – points are earned in the same way as the individual competition.
1 st Prize – Catered Dinner for the whole team with President Durden and Mrs. Elke Durden at the President's House and a tree planted in their name on campus
2 nd Prize – Dinner for the whole team at one of Carlisle 's local restaurants (California Cafe, Javids, Piatto, North Hanover Grille, Market Cross, Mt. Fuji, Amy's Thai, or Backdoor Cafe)
3 rd Prize – Lunch for the whole team at the Good Life Café

How to Earn Points:

Attending an event – 1 point is earned each time you attend an event and sign in with one of the hosts
Dressing up like the Green Devil – 5 bonus points can be earned by dressing up like the Green Devil to attend an event – these bonus points can be earned at every event
Dressing up like a Captain Planet Character - 5 bonus points can be earned by dressing up like a Captain Planet character to attend the Captain Planet Marathon
Eco-Trivia Night – 1 point is earned for each correct answer
Supporting Local Businesses – 1 bonus point is earned for each receipt turned in by mailing them to Steph Hair at Facilities Management through campus mail. The receipts have to be from a local business or restaurant (not a chain restaurant or store). We are including this as an incentive for people to get out and experience the Carlisle Community and what Carlisle has to offer.
