Head Coach Dina Henry

Coach Henry enters her fourth season as the head women's basketball coach. She came to Dickinson from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia, where she was the head basketball coach for four seasons. She led the Red Devils to a 19-8 mark last season and a bid to the ECAC Tournament.

In 2004-05, the Red Devils set school records for wins in a season and made their first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division III playoffs. They finished 24-4 overall and were the regular season champions in the Centennial Conference with a 17-1 record.

During her time at Fredonia, the team participated in the SUNY Athletic Conference tournament all four years, advancing to the semi-finals twice. Previously she served as the head basketball coach at Christian Brothers University and as an assistant at Gettysburg College.
A native of Pennsylvania, Henry has also directed the Keystone State Invitational Basketball Camps for the past 14 years.

A 1994 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Henry was a three-year starter on the Diplomat basketball team and a team captain her senior year. She was a four-year starter on the softball team, earning All-Centennial Conference honors in 1992, 93 and 94, and All-ECAC honors in 1993. She was the team MVP in 1994 and named F&M's Senior Female Athlete of the Year.

In addition to her coaching duties, Henry also serves as an instructor in the Physical Education Department.


Assistant Coach Jeremiah Henry

Coach Henry enters his fourth season with the Red Devils. A native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, his experience includes three years as an assistant coach with the women's basketball program at SUNY Fredonia and one year as an assistant with the men's program at Franklin & Marshall College. In addition, he has been employed by the Keystone State Basketball Camps since 1992 as a coach and director.

Henry was an accomplished player on a nationally-ranked Franklin & Marshall team from 1992-1996. Coach Henry's honors and achievements include conference, regional and national recognition. He was named All-Conference for four years and Player of the Year as a senior. On the regional level, Henry was named All-ECAC D-III Rookie of the Year and earned ECAC First and Second-team recognition. The Middle Atlantic District also voted him Player of the Year in 1996.

During his senior season, Henry earned NABC D-III First-team All-America and Columbus Multimedia First-team All-America status while being named MVP of the D-III tournament sectionals, leading F&M to the Final Four. He holds seven school career records: 105 wins as a starter, 106-11 career record, fourth all-time in scoring (1,502 points), most 3-point field goals made and attempted, and highest career 3-point and free throw shooting percentages.


Assistant Coach Steve Posavec

Coach Posavec enters his fifth season as an assistant on the Red Devil coaching staff. His previous coaching experiences include head varsity girls' basketball coach at both Upper Dauphin and Halifax High Schools, as well as assistant coach with the Halifax boy's program.

Coach Posavec earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Shippensburg Univeristy. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Special Education. Until recently retiring, he was a school counselor in the West Perry School District.

Prior to arriving in West Perry, he served a Assistant Director of Admissions at McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois. He was a teacher for students with special needs while in the Halifax District.
